Three organisations involved in Hong Kong maritime law and arbitration, HKMAG, HKMLA and CIArb (East Asia Branch) are coming together to stage a Mock Arbitration as part of Hong Kong Maritime Week, which runs from 15 to 21 November 2026.

This event involves a familiar scenario on whether exchanges of communications have resulted in a binding charterparty agreement or not. It should be of interest to owners, charterers, insurers, suppliers and others involved in the maritime sector. Watch real advocates and arbitrators conduct a mini arbitration in the way they are conducted in real life.
