The XXIII International Congress of Maritime Arbitrators took place in Singapore in March 2026. This leading event for maritime arbitrators worldwide takes place once every two to three years. ICMA XXIII was well attended by HKMAG Members with presentations or moderations by Arthur Bowring MH, Bill Amos, Damien Laracy, Edward Liu MH, Capt Fook Choon Lee and Mary Thomson, and other members in attendance.
