Changes to fees and limitations on costs under the HKMAG Small Claims Procedure (SCP)

The HKMAG Committee has decided to adjust the amounts of fees and costs as prescribed in relation to arbitration under the HKMAG SCP to reflect the market condition. The adjusted fees and costs can be found in the updated Fees Schedule and will take effect from 1 May 2025.
